3 to 6 on it. 3 to 8 to 4 on it.Apartment damage accident, 28 and Dodge, 28th and Dodge, westbound. Caller states she was involved in an accident, denied medical. Looks like it's a dark gray Mazda versus a silver Infiniti, 220 or drivable. They are impeding traffic in the left turn lane. Caller's now saying people are yelling at them and they're in the way, but they're unable, actually they're able to get around them. Showing them on 28th Street.
