Our complainant hears a dog in a vehicle that's packed with camping gear, stating that they hear the dog panting and crying. The windows are up. The vehicle is not on. It's going to be a white truck parked on the east side of the Zao. Complainant is going to be Golf 343 Charlie Whiskey. Comes back to a white GMC Sierra. Our
