Elk Grove is advising they had two units behind a felony white cargo trailer. The alcohol bottle logo, license plate of 4 Victor Zebra 6005, out of Reno. It was involved in a 38 million microchip theft. If found, stop NID, find your OPC. Elk Grove did lose the visual at Fairway.
