5, out of sector, last seen southbound on Old Bayshore near Marriott, 1800 Old Bayshore, 1800 Old Bayshore. Looks like a WMA in his 40s to 50s with glasses, wearing multiple layers, and on rollerblades in the middle of the roadway. He does have an object in his hand, possibly a baton, and he's using it to shoo vehicles out of the way, and he's refusing to make way for them. Lincoln 5, 10-4.
