Both units, at the loaf and jug, 102 South Santa Fe, a male party stole a cup of coffee. When he was confronted, he threw a Stanley Cup at the RP. Male versus female, verbal only, other than the thrown cup, no other weapons, possible drugs. The male party is acting erratically.
