916, 911, gun theft, suspect detained, 6420 Petrie Way, 6420 Petrie Way, cross of Philadelphia Road, dead end, at the Walmart. Caller Quinlan said shoplifter was drinking a drink from the store, put items in his bag. An off-duty on scene said that he's 99, Black male, 40s, red shirt, black jeans, red shoes, black mask, took meats and seafood.
