Initial assignment, Engine 19, Engine 7, Chief 3 and Ladder 3 for smoke in a structure at 2428 Delaware Street Southeast, at the Soul House Apartments. Caller's saying there's an odor of smoke, and they're also seeing smoke outside the window on the 6th floor. So far, the alarms aren't sounding, though. Map 519, Bravo.
