We just got a call for a harbor emergency out of William Sector, 4109 Beach Drive Southwest. Caller's reporting approximately 100 yards offshore. A male on a sailboat screaming he needs to get to land for a life or death emergency. Appears to be speaking to someone and pulling on the anchor. We're also screening fire and getting an additional caller. 4109 Beach Drive Southwest. Can you also get a car down there to get some eyes on, and we'll notify Harbor 4 of that call?
