What is going on with the dogs out here today? I got an info ticket for units in 7, 1300 West 64th Street, 1300 64th Street. Female caller said there's a white and gray pit bull that was left leashed to her back gate. The dog is gasping for air and hot. He's not vicious. She was transferred to 311. I hope she offered some water or something.
