3120. 120. 120, please head to 2650 California Avenue between Woodland Avenue and Beaver Avenue ramp for a hit-and-run incident that took place. The caller was next to the center of a TRU, however, they kicked it back, stating that the caller's vehicle is not drivable and needs a report. Vehicle needs a tow, which I did speak with the complainant. She stated that she's waiting for the tow.
