204, 233, 414 for information for a fight in progress, 612 Cleveland Street. 414, go ahead. Going to be in reference to four guys, two black males, one white male, one Hispanic male, fighting in the middle of the park. Apparently, the one of the black males was in a choke hold at one point. Apparently, it's a homeless blowup.
