I need to actually disregard that call and said, can you head over to 10 Provost Street? That's 10 Provost. A caller stating that there's a male sleeping in the plaza with a knife sticking out of his pocket. Black male, last seen wearing happy pants. People are telling him that the male is there. He's not actually on scene. He's stating that he just worked there.
