Respond to the area of 307 Sales Avenue. Reporting party is calling from Florida, saying her friend is reporting that a neighbor is burning black trash bags with insulin and making some black smoke in the area, but she doesn't live in the area. And the friend that lives on Sales Ave won't report it either.
