At this time, we've got a person calling for help at 801 South Financial. 801 South Financial for a passerby. Says, in the building, parking garage, a male is beating up a female Hispanic, screaming for help, wearing fitness clothing. Guess he heard an auto, a vehicle door slamming. It was a male Black or male Hispanic with a white tank top on level 3 of the parking garage.
