South units, head up. We have a call at the La Quinta, 12888 Reek. Caller's standing outside of the hotel. Stated about 10 minutes ago, it's a black female driving a white Nissan. Tried to run him over in the parking lot. Was last seen fleeing towards the gas station next to the hotel.
