2045, 2087 for a disturbance. 45. The east end bus terminal, 123 South 3rd Street. Caller stating there's a male screaming, obscenities, and just causing a nuisance. 45-year-old black male with a blue sleeve, a shirt, blue pants, blue duffel bags. Caller saw him come from Plank Street, walking towards the bus terminal, last seen about two minutes ago. Unknown, in talk. No need to speak with PD.
