Unit coming in. Yeah, 5A23 on Zone 8. There's a black, I'm going to a homicide. There's a black Jeep Grand Cherokee, no plates, over at 87th and Halstead. And he's pulling up, he's driving the wrong way on the opposite traffic, and now he's at the northwest corner. I know there's a lot of burglaries going on with these Cherokees. There's no plates.
