morning. Caller advising of a white, newer model SUV, possibly a Honda CRV, with four Black males wearing all black clothing and ski masks. One male was reportedly seen with an assault-style weapon. Units were unable to locate. Information only for West units at this time out of Charlie sector, 21 Avenue and East Union Street.
