Male caller says on bridge, motorcycle versus scooter, two patients. Caller advised he was driving his motorcycle on the bridge and hit two people. See a Lexus. Stated that a motorcycle crashed into the pedestrian bridge. White male, 24-year-old, black ball cap, red cut-off t-shirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes. Was operating a dark red.
