2 Adam 33, 950 North. Code 3 trespass at 622 West 23rd Street at Buff City Soap. Video verified alarm states a white male, bald cap, light-colored top, unknown color shorts, white tennis shoes, backpack, and bike entered the property and is inside the building. The caller callback stated that they were walking in the park, didn't speak very good English, and wouldn't allow for an inter.
