Boy sector, which is a suspicious. It started in Lincoln sector at Roosevelt Way Northeast and Northeast Northgate Way and then continued on to Boy sector, Meridian Ave North, North 50. Caller says he thinks he saw the aftermath of a carjacking because he saw a Honda Element chasing a pickup very closely, running red lights and stop signs, and then at 2140 saw both vehicles parked with different drivers in it at Meridian and North 50.
