1 Charlie 36, be advised, per Harbor, they do see a subject in the northbound lanes of the bridge. They did advise that it occurred at 2205 hours, and Harbor has video footage of the incident. The pedestrian was riding a scooter the wrong way when they got hit by a black pickup truck, unknown plate. Looks like the driver stopped at the bottom of the bridge where it's coned off to go onto Shoreline.
