Alpha 45 and Alpha 48 to start for a 927 in progress at 2644 29th Avenue in 4B. Three males showed up on bikes with bike trailers at a new 925 construction site that's being built. No one should be there. They're going inside. Caller could only see flashlights. 927 in progress in 4B, Sam 4 to copy. Sam 4, I copy. And still no air for that? We can check for outside air, good.
