Subject is a 8240, complainant's Black male, 20s, 5'9", thin-build, black button hat, black shirt, gray sweatpants, blue bag, unknown weapons, currently across the street. Two weeks ago, subject had a hatchet, have not seen him. Chris, security guard for contact at 2133.

Subject threatening to 240 complainant, Black male, 20s, 5'9", thin-build, black bucket hat, black shirt, gray sweatpants, blue bag, no known weapons. Currently across the street.
