Have an animal attack, 1818 West Illinois Avenue. Have a dog that bit a male, just occurred, now within my arm. It's going to be a white and brown pit bull mix, owner is not nearby, they're advising it just occurred. Dog is present, not sure if he's roaming around or still near the male.
