17-12. 12, I got a DUI driver, 6211 North Lincoln at the Home Depot. Caller says that there's a male Black in a parking lot in the Tool Rental area, pro-customer parking lot area. He's standing on the roof of his vehicle screaming. He threw a beer, throwing gang signs. He's wearing a baby blue jersey, black pants, and he's right by the parking lot surveillance camera. Nothing further. 10-4.
