South units, it's a 1066 at 1196 Benicia Road for a transient male with a pit bull that's walking back and forth in front of the RP's house, saying it's going to 187 everyone and throw, and is currently throwing around nine garbage bins. RP advised that the male was outside with another male of both parties. We're now in a 415 verbal.
