546, can you advise me for that 10-4. Again, 4100 South, 5200 West. Complainant hit a 15-year-old juvenile on an e-bike. Conscious, breathing normally. Assumes there's scrapes on knees and elbows. Complainant is controlled. The bike is still under the vehicle.
