702 Charlie, copy your message for the 961, 48th Street and Moreland, 1200 North. Complainant sees a white Nissan Xterra, four-door drove off the road and hit the rocks on the road and hit the wall. Still trying to reverse out, saying that the black tires are stuck in grind. Complainant saying that the subject is a Hispanic male, 30s, 5'9", heavy set, unknown clothing, no known weapons, just got out of the vehicle during the call. Unknown of injuries. One of the duplicates is stating that the complainant says that the wheel is messed up and the vehicle is unable to move. Medic for decline says that the complainant is 390 and saw beer cans in the vehicle. One of those people are going to want contact.
