1230, I'm sending down a non-urgent miscellaneous request at DelVale Ave and Hollabird Ave. DelVale and Hollabird. Caller Steve reports subjects illegally dumping at that location. Suspect car is a white Chevy van. It's got a roof rack on top. Paper tag is Charles Paul 0829 Boy John, South Carolina tag. And it's two black males, age 40 to 50, and they're both wearing work clothing. The vehicle left towards Hollabird Ave.
