Caller states her roommate's sister, who's no longer on scene, female, black, last seen wearing a red wig, red jumpsuit, threatened to harm her with a knife that she's carrying inside of her black backpack. Caller states female offender was under the influence of marijuana, possibly still in the area. No further. Zone 7, station clear.
