Male, Black, 25, wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes, arrived in a black Chevy Avalanche with a trailer on the back. Units, we have a possible DUI, Iowan 129th, heading westbound with open containers, YG Cherokee. 10-4, that's clear. No problem. 143, accomplish.
