CAD radio. Alright, this was a call from the residence and downtown. 527 Prospect Ave. States there's homeless people inside the building. They're coming through the side door. Door is supposed to be propped open. Unknown how many people are in the basement. The caller states that they have an undercover officer that'll be on duty soon to escort you to the side door and basement. CAD is 23.
