25 units, broadcast for highway violence, northbound 880 North of Mowry, time element approximately 3 to 4 ago. Suspect vehicle's a white GMC SUV, partial plate 8 tomboy. Driver's a white male adult with gold-colored sunglasses. Victim in a black Tesla Model S. Suspect is tailgating near TC. The vehicles are now separated. RPs are declining CHP contacts. Broadcast only for highway violence, northbound 880 North of Mowry. No further. Golden Gate clear, 1727.
