1 Charles 62 to start, need additional unit. 1, 3 Sam 6, copy. 981, raising priority, Broadway and 39th and 6A. On Broadway, a female tried to enter a complainant's vehicle while it was moving. Then the complainant saw her do it to another vehicle. Female, White or Hispanic, 40s, wearing a purple sweatsuit, no weapons seen, no injuries, but she looks like she needs a 981. Out of traffic, grabbing car doors. 981, raising priority, need additional unit. Sam 6, I copy, and I'm also going to need a 201 Code 3. Sam 6, you're a little bit muffled. Please repeat. Thank you.
