At Washington Avenue and West South Boulder Road, approximately 10 ago, a vehicle hit RP while they were on their e-bike. The suspect vehicle is described as a white Nissan sedan that was last seen headed southbound and possibly has a broken headlamp that fell off after it hit RP. RP is still at that location.
