It'll be 8000 Spencer Highway. Just got a white female, blonde hair, gray shorts, white t-shirt, walking in and out of, moving lanes of traffic. Right now, she was last seen close to the Raising Cane. I believe she's out of traffic now, but she keeps talking to her son. She may be 171.
