2-8-13. 2-8-13, go ahead. They're dropping a traffic hazard, North Main and Boundary. Male riding a scooter with the 1-year-old toddler. Both don't have any helmets. Scooter is white. Went through the tunnel. He says they were wobbling on the scooter. Report he's concerned they'll fall off or worse. Going to be a Black male, 18 to 20 years of age, white shirt with the 1-year-old.
