70 was called in, Allen Boulevard and University Avenue intersection. They were on Allen southbound, trying to turn westbound onto University, stuck at the light for at least 5 minutes. Looks like while on the phone, it changed, but thought it was concerning since it was a while that it didn't change. Actually causing a bit of a backup on traffic over there.
