I passed by the arrested the guy but I didn’t even see any person just the powered scooter on the floor! There was no blood so I guessed they were fine
Ok I just drove by and saw what happened. From the looks of it someone on a wheelchair got struck and somehow some way the person in the wheelchair was stuck underneath the van. It's an assumption so far. But I did see a wheelchair all beat up. And it was not just a regular wheelchair either. It was one of those big wheelchairs that paraplegic people use. The scene looks very very sad and horrifying. I hope and pray that this person is OK, recovers quickly and or God bless them and their family.
So what happened?? Is it true a person in a wheelchair got stuck under the van?? 💔😥
