12-29, I'm sending down an animal neglect at 7448 Berkshire Road, 7448 Berkshire Road, cross streets Larkfield Road and Dalton Ave. Caller advises their neighbor's dog has been outside since this morning in no heat or in the heat with no water. The suspect is a white female aged 36 to 37. The dog is in the backyard. Not dangerous.
