I'm going to have you head to the area of 1368 Coolidge. It's going to be the Family Dollar. Caller is the worker's guy, stated a female did a partial purchase, left without paying for about $245 worth of stuff. She did walk towards Jefferson. It's going to be a black female wearing all black. Her shirt has big white letters, and she has a 4 or 5-year-old boy with her.
