46, need to pull you from 907, start with Bravo 42 for a 952 at the Carl's Jr., 5501 Freeport Boulevard. The line was sounded with a small child on the phone. The adults in the background are saying something about, this is not your grandchild. It's not been here within 21 meters. We have history with the phone number. Possibly caller is an ISIS king. They were being followed back in June. Multiple callbacks. They answered and then hung up. It's going to be at Carl's Jr. at 5501 Freeport Boulevard.
