Cops has got another shoplifter in progress. 3500 Main Street. It's a male consuming items and concealing items. It's a white male in his 30s, dark hair and a ponytail. He's got a blue hood sweatshirt and black shorts, and they believe he may be under the influence. Number 3. 10-43. Apparently he's in aisle 7, or check that, aisle 13 right now.
