5251 responding, 1717. 417 South Madison Street at the Boyertown Pool. The dumpster next to the pool. A male, unknown age, stumbling around, appears disoriented. He is wearing a red and white baseball cap, gray t-shirt, black shorts. Also has a dog with him. Possibly in his late 50s. No further information at this time.
