Frank 2, Frank 5, JCPenney, 135 East Town Mall. Just had a retail theft suspect. She was concealing items. They recovered them, and then she's taken off now on foot in the parking lot towards Planet Fitness. No weapons involved. Still waiting on a description. Stand by.
