5-4. At McDonald's, 4444 Childs, a black GMC Sierra Pica. I have a plate and I'm trying to call the RO. Windows are down an inch and the smaller dog inside appears in distress. It's been in there 25 minutes. The RP is going on her way and the vehicle is parked only partially in the way. 4444 Childs.
