1 Edward 11. 2438 Cleo Street. 2438 Cleo Street. Complainant states two males were offering pressure washing services. One male was ringing the doorbell. The other was walking around her yard. Time lapse of 5 to 10 minutes. 10-4. 10-4. One is going to be a black male in a white t-shirt, afro style hair, about 6 foot. Other is in a blue t-shirt and shorts. Complainant felt very uncomfortable. 10-4.
