At the tower at PNC Plaza, that's 300 5th Avenue, between Wood Street and Smithfield Street. This will be outside. We have a 25-year-old female who fell on the sidewalk and hit her head. She is not responding normally, and there is some bleeding, but it is not serious, and she is having difficulty breathing. This will be along with first responders. Time now is 1623.
