Copy, units to back. It's going to be at Coppergate, 4750 Arbor Way North, D David 207. RP is the resident. Says that 10 ago, a neighbor was HPD yelling, using abusive language toward her and her children. Suspect's a Black male, 65, with white curly hair, red shirt, black pants. Thinks he lives in unit D David 107. He's back there now.
